Product Description:
1. Shipbuilding crane is one kind of the gantry crane, mainly for the purpose to assemble the boat.
2. This kind of shipbuilding gantry crane has the function of hoisting, handling, turn over in the air
in section and so on, the height light function is to turn over and combine the task. Through the
two trolley to complete the turn in section, first through the hoisting to adjust it, then make trolley
to bear the whole section.
3. The crane which used in the shipbuilding place and in the dock, its task just to transport all the
spare parts(fillet, structure steel, steel plate) to the fabricate place. This kind of transportation
task must be completed during a very long travel.
Product Features:
1. The metal structure of the crane mainly includes main girder, rigidity leg, flexibility leg, lower
horizonal girder, handrail and cabin, etc.
2. The main girder of the crane adopts double girder style, the four rails which are on the surface
plate of the main girder can provide the traveling of the upper and the lower trolley, one crane
with two main hooks, and the hook traveling along the upper flange, and the other one has one hook
and one auxiliary hook traveling along the lower flange, in case to turn and lift the big size boat.
3. To decrease the self-weight,the rigidity leg adopts the overall box type structure, the flexible
leg adopts Chinese character "ren" type frame, including upper butt, two pieces round pipe
and lower butt.
4. The crane power supply adopts cable drum, the upper and lower adopts suspended cable tackle
to provide the power, it locates on the top of the two main girders.
5. This crane equipped with overload protected, rail clamping device, anchoring device, wind speed
and direction indicator and the other limit switch and load monitoring of each mechanism.
Product Structure:
1. Main girder of gantry crane
Be welded of steel plates with honeycomb hole,
connected by high strength precision bolt.
There is sliding rail for trolley to travel upper the girder
which is fixed on outrigger by high-tension precision bolt.
2. Traveling mechanism of gantry crane
-consists of driving gear box and passive wheel box
- the driving gear box supplies power to finish the crane' travelling.
-What the difference between driving gear box
and passive wheel box is that passive wheel box lacks
transmission structure such as dynamo, resucer and a pair of exposed gear.
3. Cabin of gantry crane
- Glass window can make the operator see all the working condition and the cabs
installed in the front and two sides
- As a group of independent cabin, fixed outside of cab is connected by control
cable and linkage station which is set up in the cab.
4. Trolley with gantry crane
- the trolley is assembled with motor, reducer brake, trolley frame, hook, pulley,
rain cover and other parts.
- Include lifting mechanism and crossing travelling mechanism.
- the trolley is strictly designed according to the application and working environment.
5. Electric system of gantry crane
- Hoisting motor, long traveling motor and hydraulic power motor are included.
-The whole electric system is controlled by PLC(programmable logic controller).
-Two operation modes: cabin and remote control.
6. Platform of gantry crane
The platform is installed in order to maintain the crane, and the protecting guard
is added to protect the safety of the staff.
Notice: The wire ropes of trolley need to be examined regularly and changed
in time if there is a 10% broken wires, loosen wires and wearing down.
